 Director of Vapour Recordings with mentor Kasey Taylor, Chris has been an integral part of Australia’s dance music scene for years now. After doing his apprenticeship around Melbourne for some years Chris began to reach a larger audience when his production work with Kasey Taylor began to make the world take notice. With productions and remix work for labels such as EQ, Sog Chrome, Electronic Music People and Feedme Records, as well as releases on his own Vapour recordings, Chris has taken his passion for music to the next level. After a successful European tour in mid 2004 that saw Chris visit Portugal, Sweden, Estonia, UK, and Turkey with overwhelming success, it showed that this boy from Melbourne Australia was ready to show the world what he was capable of. Playing with all the big names, including Digweed, Sasha, Seamen, Hernan, Satoshi, Warren, Fortier, Dekay and Infusion to name a few, Chris’ drive and love of dance music is taking him places. After another successful tour through Europe and South America over the 2004/05 New Year period, Chris has cemented his position amongst dance music’s respected and in demand DJs. With the success of the Vapourized show he hosts with Kasey Taylor on ww.protonradio.com and the commencement of VapouRise Recordings, the pairs 2nd record label venture, things seem to be going from strength to strength. Chris’s DJ sets are diverse and consuming and was referred to as The Storm Bringer when recently interviewed on a popular Australian dance music website. He’s a man to watch.  Comments[0]
