If John Ioannou isn’t a familiar name to you right now, you’re not a regular on London’s bustling underground club scene. John is rapidly rising through the ranks with his brand of filthy tech-house, breaks and progressive house.

He has played at some of London’s most highly respected venues, including Prologue at The Cross, Intensity at The Electrowerkz and House at Plastic People. Hi also holds monthly residency at the world famous Bedrock playing alongside Sasha and John Digweed and touring the globe, performing all over the USA, Asia and Scandinavia. During this 6 months travelling from party to party and collecting vast amounts of air miles, John was seen at a whole host of globally renowned festivals including Creamfields Argentina and Lulapalooza in San Francisco.

John takes his inspirations from all forms of music and he expresses this in the way he performs today, taking the crowd on a musical journey from past to present and then very much to the future.

John hosts his own radio show called “Tea Time with…” on Proton Radio every Tuesday which is broadcast on both sides of the Atlantic, in his native London and Seattle. The show has been gaining more listeners every week and has featured the talents of respected International DJs and producers such as The Chemical Brothers, Underworld and many others.

John has been featured heavily in the International press and was described by DJ Magazine as “the next real big thing coming out of the London Underground”.
