BPitch Control have finally got round to releasing the first single from Fuckpony's excellent 'Let The Love Flow' album, and they've chosen to bestow the honour upon the smooth, soulful 'Fall Into Me', featuring the vocals of Chela Simone and Laila Tov.
The A-side original mix is a gorgeous fusion of soulful vocals and soulful electronica, with the female singers' vocals hovering delicately over the contemplative synths which glide around the pulsing bassline and drums, sounding dreamlike and mechanical in equal measure.
The B-side remix by Marco Passarani is an expansive version that preserves several elements from the original, deploying the vocals alongside a hypnotic synth sequence to gradually build up to a Detroit-style finale. Compliments the original well.
