Praia Brava is Gavin Herlihy's second solo single since his debut Machine Ate My Homework. A shimmering slice of melodic tech house, the track started life in Gavin's imagination after a night playing Brazil's revered Warung club, the tropical Balinese style long house club that’s fast earned a reputation as one of the world’s best parties and a home from home for DJs like Sven Vath or Luciano. Praia Brava is the stretch of beach on which the club is perched and the emotive melodies of the track were designed as an accompaniment to the amazing sunrises that bathe the open ended dancefloor of Warung in early morning, goosebump inducing sunshine. It's already been tipped to be a club hit by Anja Schneider and is ably assisted by a remix from Jesse Rose. The Berlin expat took a break from recording his debut album to turn in a dubbier, stripped down version of the track designed for those late night bass friendly dancefloor work outs.
