James Ruskin returns with two tracks of dark intense purism which fit perfectly into the contemporary techno landscape. Although less abrasive than earlier Blueprint releases both 'Sabre' and 'Massk' remain deeply connected and retain the energy and ideology that Blueprint became famous for in the late 1990's, proving it's relevance as much today as it did then.
Ruskin has been using both tracks in his live and DJ sets for several months now and their effect has been instant, placing the importance on a measured groove and a level of production that envelopes the listener.
With more O/V/R and Ruskin material being road tested now, and several new artists joining the Blueprint roster for the first time since it's inception the future looks secure for one of techno's iconic labels.
