“Dark Energy” released and Pandemic live

Published: October 18th, 2005

“Dark Energy” penned by Sensei label boss Kevin Freeman and Hypno, finally got its release yesterday. Already hammered by the likes of Steve Lawler and Murray Richardson expect to see it grace the playlists of Zabiela, Richards and Tomiie. Another project of Hypno – Pandemic – which he forms with Glyn Weston will perform live on November 4th at the Sfinks club in Sopot.
The event will see the guys not only using the standard equipment but also combining live elements of percussion and a couple of laptops thrown in for good measure and their mysterious MC only known as ‘The Standard’.

Taking a break from straight production to concentrate on building their live act has seen each member clock up a healthy share of air miles; Jake lives in Poland and Glyn in the UK. We are in the throws of finishing a 100% live performance using all our own material for 2006 and this will act as a dress rehearsal for what we are planning for Spring next year. With Pandemics ethos of astral synths and deep menacing rumblings (cross Jean Michel Jarre with Peace Division) the event is sure to be a memorable occasion and a glimpse of what is to come.
