 By official press release: The producers behind the Hamburg based duo Piemont are Frederic Möring-Sack and Christian de Jonqueires. They have been releasing and playing under the name of Phunklarique & Dejonka since 2005. Their second release under their newly formed artist name Piemont on MBF delivers two crazy minimal house stompers with jacking funky grooves that can rock. It is party time, it is as simple as this!
"Carbonat" on the a-side is a classic tune, with electro house flair and nervous sequences,hands up in the air madness. A real mover on the dance floor with nice dynamic shifts, gentle but also rocking at the same time.
The flipside "Glycerin" reminds us of Steve Bugs "Loverboy", but is more
stripped down and adds electro house sequences and mighty breaks.
