‘Lost’ was released for the first time back in 2001 by the little known New York based label Remains. Since then, it has remained quite popular (it was featured on Hawtin’s ‘Transitions’, for example) so Trapez decided it was time for a re-release, which is something fans of both Jeff Samuel and minimal should be very grateful for. Despite not being the most complex and ellaborate of productions, Samuel successfully created a track which is ever evolving, thanks to which it sucks a listener right in. Less is without a doubt more in this case. A must have. Comments[0]
