By Official Press Release:
Following the two very fine 12"s "Nine Hours" and "Coffeine" by Lukasz Seliga aka SLG from Lodz, the Trapez valance of producers laid their hands on Lukasz beats to provide the label with some cool remixes. The remixes come in two parts which will be released as separate 12" on the same day.
The second record comes with a "Rushhour" remix by Sandiego, a "Sleepless" remix by Oliver Hacke and a remix of "Nine Hours" by Traum artist Larsson.
Sandiego from Milan who has recorded one record on Trapez so far focuses on the rhythmic side of things. With his mix he created a breathtaking cubistic, heavy "funkateer"! Sandiego who is a studio wizard, having produced a lot of big productions in the past from hip hop to techno, shows his skill and ads extra substance to the original... making it hypnotic but bold in sound!
On the flipside Trapez All Star, Oliver Hacke made a funky, post Detroit mover out of SLG´s "Sleepless". He flavoured the original with an extra subbass that reminds us of Funk´d´Void, cool beats and nice distorted sounds that make the track so special.
Last but not least Larsson provides us with a trippy but heavy pounding track, a late night mover that takes up the original sequence of "Nine Hours" and sticks it in a context of drowning sounds. A perfect after hour track to shake your body to.
