Official Press Release: Trapez welcomes the new duo Alexi Delano & Xpansul. Santiago Ferrer Rapp aka Xpansul from Madrid has released on Plus 8/limited and Leftroom plus numerous Spanish labels before. Alexi Delano is a techno legend who has released numerous big time club records since 1995. He is known for his productions as Adny on Svek, Pokerflat, Turbo and several other synonyms and projects he had with Cari Lekebusch, Mr James Barth, John Selway and Casey Hogan. In 2006 Alexi Delano collaborated with Xpansul in Madrid to create two EP’s that have left a footprint on the minimal techno scene. The first EP named “Intelligence reframed" was released on Richie Hawtin’s Plus 8 label and the second “Swimming in a fish bowl" came out on Adam Beyer’s Truesoul recordings. Alexi Delano & Xpansul third production is now being released on Trapez. The "Un As Bajo La Manga" EP certainly features something new... a groundbreaking symbiosis of crazy rhythmical madness, driving sequences, insane dynamics, altogether resulting in a big production. Fans of Alex Under will see similarities to his tracks in this record. There is is big difference in the style of arrangement and sound selection though. The record features two DJ cuts: "Pares Y Juego" on the a-side and "El Siete de Oros“ on the flipside. With this release Trapez continuous to develop the sound brought to the label by such artists such as SLG, Santiago and Alex Under.
