We are thrilled to introduce the Mule debut of Argentina's Nico Purman, who has previously released on labels such as Crosstown Rebels,Karmarouge and Modelisme.

Nico started his formal music training on the drums,playing in local indie bands and
taking influence from the sound of 1989 New Beat Belgium, Chicago acid house and oldschool drum machines.Nico’s style is deep,with a strong electronic house and techno sound, fusing together ambient textures and melancholic melodies.

Opener ‘Romantique’ is deep and organic with a slight latin twist. Echoed melody and tight percussion step to the dance floor driven by ever intensifying stabbed chords.

‘Remember The Good Times’ follows up with a simple and sinister echoed melody supported by fat bass stabs and lifted by a euphoric house climb.

Einzelkind (kindish, playhouse) remixes ‘Romantique’ on the B side, with an immersive and floor oriented interpretation.
