Hot on the heels of the first release on Global Scum's offshoot Digital label (the currently promoed Hernan Cerbello "Dot Groovy"), comes the second release on the main label (following Subsky's "Specdrum EP" debut), by none oher than Stephan Hinz.
Both labels are the brainchild of Stephan, who is one of the hardest working men in Germany. Already a much respected DJ/producer/radio presenter, who is garnering much international respect for his two highly influential radio shows, he has now branched out to create the delightfully monickered Global Scum labels.
Stephan has been instrumental in bringing the best international talent and music to German airwaves for some years now. The summer 2006 is seeing him focused on producing a lot more electronic music and spreading his radio shows over the globe.
"Meet You On The Other Side" is a sublime ever developing concoction of twisting aural delights. Drawing on Stephan's broad musical palette of electronic influences it blurs genre boundaries with ease, and is finding support from a broad cross-section of DJs worldwide across the two excellent mixes.
