Palivacinni (Mark C. Slee) is a young American producer with British roots, who’s now on progressive scene debut with “Gestures”. The track is released by a digital branch of Pissed Off Recordings.

“Reaching For You” remix is a composition based on ticking drums, slightly out of tune synths and a warm melody of bass. Gloomy, monotonous and lacking proper arrangements track. Baunder’s remix calls up both Russian military songs and movie themes from Ennio Morricone. Breakdown already in 3rd minute, many layered melodies, tasty chords in the back and properly exposed lead. Dark and melodic Argentina.

Palivacinni wasn’t yet ready for the official debut, as his version, despite good ideas, doesn’t sound good as a whole. The other remix proves the result could have been much better.
