Mixturi, until now, has been only an agency managing record labels like Blueprint, Existence or Pangea. Now they decided to release their first product themselves. Started from Phillip Charles and Matt Kling, young DJ-s and producers from Philadelphia, having had their debut with “Abysmal Days” earlier this year.

Do you remember Moshic’s Essential Mix, with its opening Sieg & Mouzakis’ track “Body Takes Control”? That one could have been an inspiration to produce “Parallel Realities”. But here we speak about much more mature, better constructed and arranged in details production. Nevertheless, it’s still the same dark and tribal atmosphere within. Thundering kettledrums and haunting synths together make a true narcotic vision of reality.

Habersham has naturally made a step forward. After a few listenings of the remix, I’m glad to announce, that his musical genius is being constantly developed. Three minutes of clattering and buzzing rhythm section are followed by a completely new melody, played with the effect of distorted electric guitar, which can directly lead to a madness. A masterpiece!

This is a magnificent start of the label, together with a successful continuation of the two American producers’ careers. Let them just keep going.

Track List

  • Original Quantum Mix
  • Habersham’S Git Er Dun Mix
