So we have finally seen the official Petersky’s premiere. He’s 22 years old Pole, who basically surfaced himself from nowhere, at the same time having overwhelmed the Sound Revolt crew by his productions. Not only us, as also Yunus, Moshic, Hernan Cattaneo, Jeff Bennett and – what’s most important – many great and independent labels, including OffSide Recordings.
It wasn’t really easy with “Fuck them All”, because both the title and the lyrics have nothing to do with good manners. Nevertheless, musically it’s in my opinion the best Peter’s work so far. Innumerable amount of ticking drum instruments form quite dispersed but still dynamic background for a techno flavored pattern, wheezing but melodic bassline and twisted around “strings”. Let the vocal remain unreviewed.
The remix duties have been fulfilled by 2 Argentineans: MOS and his older brother Oliverio. The output is a dark and slow techno production, where I think only vocals have been taken from the original. And that’s the pity, because I expected an opposite approach…
Soon we’ll see another Petersky’s release on Aurium, which includes two tracks produced together with Peres. Wishing good luck, we’re obviously awaiting further successes.
