 The track ‘Seconds’ of Minilogues recent hit record ‘The Leopard’ on Traum has now been remixed by the well known Cologne artist Gabriel Ananda and by the Russian duo Moonbeam. Moonbeam are new artists on Traum. Their remix shows their potential and certainly the knowledge they have of music similar to that of Minilogue... Nice melodic parts and excursions into other hemispheres... Moonbeams name is programme. Certainly there is more to come and to be highlighted on solo 12"s for 2007 on Traum.
The production of Moonbeam is awesome and should delight some DJs to play that remix out loud. Lots of small variations of the original theme, still recognisable as a remix. Gabriel Ananda has written a cool rhythm variation of ‘Seconds’. He has stripped the track down to the beats and then very slowly added the nice strings from the original. A real Ibiza hit here creating goose skin. Words: official press release
