Must admit that this is the first time I hear the name (or alias) of Jason Suzuki, and despite quite an effort I’ve failed to find anything useful about him. But Mat Leutwyler since the very first encounter with his music has successfully kept his name unforgotten. This moment was when Mat together with Joshua Ryan produced one of the best “Clocks” remixes – unfortunately never released. Then came joint work productions with Ben Camp (BCML), which effected with “The Love Below” remix, “The Grammar Lesson EP” and more.

“Original mix” is a combination of two musical epochs. The keyboard parts refer in its nature to the classics of new romantic, and the bass works like the one in British punk rock bands. Beneath all the synths thunders solid, in a characteristic way broken, contemporary percussion. which makes this track a real dance stormer.

The remix duties has been given to Kosmas Epsilon, who becomes yet another Greek top jock of production. For the piece he developed a completely new part of synths and sat it onto even stronger rhythm section. The atmosphere nearly the same but this one kicks even harder!

This is without doubt the best Secret Planet release so far. And what’s most important, its creativeness and dance nature stays on top of all the same progressive productions coming out these days.
