 Alex Tooth aka Orchid is still quite fresh on the scene but gaining a lot of praise in the progressive breaks corner. After releases on Gravitation, Hope and Screen, Silver Planet gave him another chance to come into being. This time with this two disc EP. The first part starts with “Human Nature”, a “bongo breakbeat” tune with synths well known from Alex’s remix of „Rainbows In The Sky”. It’s a colorful composition with a breeze of summer but I don’t like it at all. The ragga-like male vocals just don’t it for me. Fortunately the flip is a totally different story, as the “Technicolor’s” low synths rivet attention from the very beginning. In the middle of the track another lines come in forming a beautiful collage of melody and space. No vocal on “Human Nature” and it would be max.  Comments[0]
