Shinichi’s flagship, Sultan (Ossama Al Sarraf), has this time joined forces with rising Hungarian producer Tommyboy to win hearts of Yoshitoshi customers. I always reach out for new Sultan’s productions as excited as a kid discovering an old trunk found in loft. His musical pictures tell such expressive stories that one could even see them. The single includes everything that a DJ may need, to mention 4-minutes long intro and outro, acapella and finally three solid remixes. The idea here comes from a simple patent from Phil Kieran’s “I Love You”. Slightly techy accompaniment, hissing hi-hats plus the bassline buzzing on only three notes – this might be the best description. So the composition is quite simple, very ingenious though… and absorbing. From the remaining two, worth mentioning is dark and heavy, almost tribal Muzzaik’s remix. I was complaining about previous production from Sultan (“How Long”), but with this one he rehabilitates completely. The song goes to a new direction in the moment when it’s the high time for such a change.
