We mentioned Beaumont Stanford while reviewing Neil Kolo’s „One” remixes by the Stereounderground project, which he is also involved in. On Winds West Recordings - owned by him and Nathanial – he shows his talents once again.
The original was made 3 years ago but it might as well be produced in the late nineties, because it sounds almost like taken from the “Northern Exposure II” by Sasha & Digweed. Full on trance synths from that era are based on a broken and not really dance friendly beat, so it’s rather an emotional trip than a dancefloor shaker. Especially, when those synthlines work together so beautifully.
So if Beamont sang the lofty A, Habersham decided to hit the mad B, which shouldn’t surprise anyone. I’m really impressed by his latest works, because I love people having their own idea for music. This idea can also be heard on his version of “Tiburon Court” sounding like a remix of “In The Hall Of The Mountain King” by Edvard Grieg.
In other words – a complete release worth recommending.
