 Scott Dawson and Andrew Archer has been working with Global Underground for few years now. Known as The Forth they’ve released a couple of album samplers showcasing tracks released on previous compilations of the aforementioned label. One must not forget about the excellent “Electric Calm” series and the “Afterhours” CDs. Thanks to them – GU has marked their presence on the downtempo scene. The Forth present a bit different side of the label – more calm and for home listening. Their latest release is no difference. “Exposures” is made from tracks that appeared on the albums released last year. We have such masterpieces here like “Solar Plexus”, “Swapping”, “The Dive” and “Starshine”. The Forth made one album out of 6 and it doesn’t mean it’s worse or something. It will definitely find it’s listeners and the fact that it’s twice cheaper than the usual Global Underground compilation will probably be quite significant in achieving it.
