 Jeff has always been a track making machine but I would never have guessed that soon after the reactivation of Kung Fu Dub we would have problems with finding time for reviewing his releases. Fortunately they are good enough to make this task a pleasure. Since “Which Is What” has been broadcasted in Jeff’s Proton Radio Featured Artist show the only thing that has changed slightly is the title. The rest is the same – full on dubby tech-house. The palm bass and warm synths are pure Acapulco for those starting to feel the disadvantages of autumn. Kriece from Australia probably doesn’t know Polish weather so he decided to put some nostalgia into his piece. However removing jumping synths and adding some samples is to little to call this a remix. Dessert comes in the form of “Feel It” which forces me to ask Jeff to implement some new ideas into his productions as it’s way to easy to get trapped in making tracks that sound the same.
