Turkey against Argentina? Let’s take a look on soccer statistics, because this particular discipline is the most familiar to me. Obviously Argentina stands much higher in ranks, so the match of two against one seems to be justified. But easy, the game is a friendly match only and all those guys play in one progressive team.
Turkey is being represented by Muzo and Barish Turker. The first one still receives the words of respect after the dancefloor stormer “Particular People”, and Barish is one of my favourite, and not only Turkish DJs. A very promising combination and a much more interesting result! The track has a very complex rhythm: like 4/4 but also broken by jazzy snare attacks. One cannot help noticing the fantastic melodies, which form a truly fabulous composition. Bravo!
On the flipside Maxine Vegas, whose true name is Sergio Borromei. Is it possible that a young Argentina producer sounds exactly like Turk? Yes, it is. The track on the B side could be also produced by e.g. Subsky, though I’m very far from suspecting him of plagiarism. The power of breakdown in this production may be easily compared to the hurricanes of Yunus Guvenen, who in my opinion is the master in building these particular parts of tracks. The Argentinean applied a method of ‘blow everybody’s head off’ which would even work out if he didn’t use the main theme right after the breakdown. A powerful thunderstorm does not become a beautiful day in one moment, though Maxine Vegas seemed to forget about this. If he didn’t, would be another six for RFC.
However it goes, we have been served two amazing pearls, which more and more visibly describe publishing goal of the yet new label.
