The third release from Tiefschwarz’s new Souvenir imprint comes from UK, London based, Producer/DJ Riton (pronounced ‘Reeton’ - the French 'street' term for the name ‘Henry’), 29 year old Henry Smithson.
Riton’s first release for Souvenir Recordings “Hammer of Thor” is rave. Huge trippy, rave synths intersperse with acid bleeps and forward pushing beats. The Roman Flugel remix takes it down a level; letting disjointed beats build around the synths, bleeps and bobs… “Cocks and Noodles” is a more downbeat groover… Good for latehour/afterhour/anyhour…
